Certification for CFNSV Funding

Only 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to receive CFNSV funding.  CFNSV must certify that all nonprofits receiving funding meet our eligibility requirements.   Only certified nonprofit organizations will be considered during our grant review processes.  Each nonprofit organization must provide this information annually beginning in March 2017.  We will notify organizations at least 30 days prior to their certification renewal date.

We will maintain a database of certified organizations, which we hope will eventually help us implement future services for our donor and nonprofit communities.  We encourage organizations to submit their certification even if they are not currently pursuing grant funding.  The certification will permit us to easily process grants from donor-advised funds, as well as participate in new, exciting funding opportunities that are currently in development.
