CCAP Endowment Fund (Winchester)
CCAP (Congregational-Community Action Project) is a cooperative ministry of churches in the City of Winchester and Frederick County that have joined forces to provide assistance to individuals and families in need. The CCAP Endowment Fund (Winchester/Frederick County) was established to support the programs and general operations of the organization.
