Joseph P. and Mary Anne Biggs of Front Royal have established a donor advised fund to support the charitable causes that are near and dear to them. Simultaneous to creating the fund, Joe and Mary Anne joined the CFNSV Legacy Society and have created an estate plan to ensure that their charitable giving to these favorite causes will continue in perpetuity.
