Michael M. Foreman Scholarship Fund
For the past several years, members of the Frederick County Bar Association have presented a scholarship to a Handley High School senior in memory of retired Clerk of the Court Mike Foreman. The fund has been seeded at the CFNSV so that annual distributions will continue to support Handley students and recognize Mike Foreman for his outstanding contributions to the community.
