Established by Julia Wagner in 1947 to provide shelter, food and care to the lost, stray and abandoned animals of the area, the Humane Society of Warren County has served Front Royal and Warren County for more than 60 years. Annual distributions from this fund help offset costs related to caring for the animals and operating the shelter.
