Chain of Checks Annual Campaign

Chain of Checks grants for 2021 will be awarded to four nonprofit agencies serving the Northern Shenandoah Valley region. Sinclair Health Clinic, Lord Fairfax Community College, Timber Ridge School and the Winchester Rescue Mission will each receive a grant award. Campaign funds to support Chain of Checks grants are raised from public contributions as well as from a golf tournament and other activities.

The Chain of Checks campaign has raised and distributed $2 million dollars since its creation in 1986. The Community Foundation of the Northern Shenandoah Valley is the fiscal agent for the Chain of Checks campaign.
