This fund was established by Natalie Swope Greenhalgh , Langdon Byrd Greenhalgh and Beverley Bigelow Byrd to benefit the Sinclair Health Clinic (formerly the Free Medical Clinic). The Sinclair Health Clinic has been providing medical care to the uninsured and low-income families, serving residents in Winchester City, Frederick and Clarke Counties since 1986.
