Helping Hands of Clarke County Virginia Scholarship Fund
Helping Hands Scholarship Fund was established several years ago to assist graduating students of Clarke County High School continue their education at a university or technical school.
Daniel York from Clarke County High School received a Helping Hands Scholarship in 2016. He is attending the University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg, VA.
