Front Royal - Warren County C-CAP Endowment Fund - Designated
An anonymous donor in Front Royal established this fund after an earlier donor created the $5,000 Designated Fund to sustain C-CAP’s Human Services activities (providing food, clothing, and limited financial aid for utilities, shelter and other emergency needs). These services have been provided to Warren County families in need since 1978. Annual distributions from all gifts support C-CAP in perpetuity.
