With a grant of $1,200.00 from CFNSV’s Boxley-Fox Endowment Fund, Windsong Community Chorus can enhance its artistic pursuits, elevate its musical programs, and strengthen its community engagement initiatives. CFNSV hopes to help the Windsong Community Chorus continue its musical outreach efforts.

2023 Cochran Family Youth Fund

Literacy Volunteers TY Letter – Cochran

CFNSV’s commitment to our community’s development continues with a $3,000.00 grant from the Cochran Family Youth Fund. Empowering adults and their families, CFNSV provides Literacy Volunteers aid in tutoring basic literacy, computer skills, and financial literacy. LVWA helps individuals better navigate the job market, achieve career growth, and actively engage in our vibrant community.

 We are thrilled to welcome Daniel Byers as our new Administrative Support Specialist at CFNSV! Daniel has a degree from Shenandoah University and a certificate from Laurel Ridge Community College. He has experience in retail at Follett Higher Education Group and an internship at the City of Winchester. He also has a history of volunteer work for the Circle K club and was a member of the Political Science Society Club at Shenandoah. Daniel will be responsible for the daily operations of CFNSV and enhancing our communications with our clients and donors. Please join me in congratulating Daniel on his new role and wishing him success.
