Effective October 23, 2023, Nancy Silva has decided to step down from her position as Executive Director of Community Foundation of Northern Shenandoah Valley (CFNSV). Richard Kennedy will step in as Interim Executive Director until a permanent Executive Director is in place. Nancy will be missed by the CFNSV and its’ Board of Directors as she contributed significantly to its growth, including the building our donor base by several million dollars that assisted in delivering more grants and scholarships to our community. CFNSV continues to collaborate and partner with our foundations, corporations, government agencies, and community leaders to leverage our collective resources and create larger impacts.
